We are a dynamic and creative company specialised in all things Drones and Remote Controlled Robots. Our services include: Aerial Cinematography & Photography from drone aircrafts (UAVs) and helicopters, Surveying and Inspections, FPV Drones, Mapping, Photogrammetry, 3D Scanning, Custom Built RC Robots and Equipment Hire.

With over 10 years of expertise across multiple industries such as Media Production, Construction & Engineering, Real Estate, Events and Defense, we are one of the leading companies in the field.

In Media Production, we have worked in productions of all shapes and sizes, providing our clients with award-winning aerial cinematography and the latest technology available in the field of camera stabilisation, robotic devices and 3D scanning. Feature Films, TV shows, TV Commercials, Short Films, Documentaries, Music Videos, Corporate and Promotional Videos, pretty much everything in media. Our clients include the top players in the industry: Disney, Columbia Pictures, Netflix, BBC, ABC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Discovery Channel, National Geographics, RAI… Without forgetting top international brands, such as Coca Cola, Lamborghini, Samsung, IWC…

In Construction & Engineering, we have helped developers, engineering firms, architects and visualisation studios. What have we done for them? We have mapped small plots, hectares of land and entire neighbourhoods. We have produced georeferenced 3D models and point clouds with centimeter-level accuracy. We have surveyed and inspected: buildings, roofs, gutters, facades, tunnels, channels and pipes. We have produced high resolution orthophotos, digital terrain models (DTM), gigapixel panoramas and high-res photos for 3D integration.

In Real Estate, we have helped the leading agencies and developers marketing their assets through compelling videos and photos. We have also helped independent agencies and small developers rumping-up their games.

In Events, we have filmed and produced promotional videos to promote all kinds of companies in the industry. We have developed custom built solutions to fire up drone stunts of all sorts (dancing drones, drone deliveries…) and we have mapped the crowd and the area at the iconic Glastonbury Festival.

In Defense, we have worked with the MOD (Ministry of Defense) and private contractors, developing, testing and implementing drone robotics. Unfortunately we can’t tell you more.

We are certified to fly drones in the UK Airspace by the Civil Aviation Authority and in Europe by ENAC, the Italian Aviation Authority.

We are headquartered in London but one of our values is our international experience and our ability to cover the whole United Kingdom and Europe with our vetted freelancers. We have worked in several countries: the United States, Barbados, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Monaco, Israel, Palestine, Costa Rica… We can speak to you in: English, Spanish, Italian and French.

Mauro Bellanova

MD

Mauro always comes up with new ideas. He studied Information Technologies and graduated in Audiovisual Communication from La Sapienza University Rome. After that he completed a diploma in Direction of Photography in Madrid. Back in 2014 he started Bee Aerial mixing together his passions and areas of expertise: Media Production, IT & Robotics. Before Bee Aerial's journey began, he has worked as a software developer, system engineer, video editor, cameraman, cinematographer and of course, drone pilot.

Toby Lomas

Pilot

After studying scriptwriting and film directing in Los Angeles Toby has spent the last ten years working closely with productions on films around the world including Mission Impossible IV and Skyfall. With his experience, love for good storytelling and attention to detail he is able to capture unique cinematic aerials. Toby splits his time between London and his home in Devon where he can often be found enhancing his piloting skills over the fields and along the stunning coastline.

Caroline Delerue

Camera Operator & Post Production Specialist

Caroline has always a smile on her face. The love for motion picture has driven her to many places. She has got a Degree in Cinema Studies form the Sorbonne University. She worked as a Post Production coordinator, 1st Camera Assistant and Camera Operator in several feature documentary films, tv series, commercials and dramas. She has an eye for what looks beautiful and uses it to make our shots truly stunning.

Giovanni Strondl

Pilot & RC Engineer

Giovanni's profound passion for aerial vehicles, especially FPV and anything RC, drives him to build, fly, and innovate for unique film shots. An expert in FPV flying and drone construction, he has contributed to diverse projects, from Zara's fashion shoots to ABC News coverage. His ability to capture fresh perspectives through advanced technology makes him a standout in any creative or technical endeavor.

Fabio Cerveira

Producer & Camera Operator

With great energy and sense of humour, Fabio is a multi-skilled professional who loves to work within a team. His great eye for detail, his wide knowledge of cinematography, and the storytelling process make him a successful Filmmaker, able to overcome the most challenging demands of the film and television industries. Fabio has worked on feature films, short films,commercials, drama and historical documentaries across the globe for BBC, Nat Geo, Discovery Channel, PBS and more. His creativity and passion for photography made him explore the lighting scene; he can create outstanding images and has an extended experience as a self shooting producer.

Michael Coppola

Camera Operator & Editor

Michael is a talented camera operator and video maker. He is always able to bring a fresh approach to every project and is always trying to develop new ideas using the latest available technology. He has got an incredibly flexible profile, he is able to work in a variety of position’s, from camera operation to post production. In the past 3 years he has worked on different projects such as short documentaries, fashion movies and commercials.
